The Story is about Kali Prasad who is the man of masses in Vijayawada. His group has a stronghold on temple city. His brother Shankar wants to get into his brother's shoes but Kaali always prefers another follower Vijay Krishna. Vijay Krishna is right hand to Kali. Kali's brother Shankar Prasad does not like the supremacy of Vijay Krishna. To gain the supremacy, Shankar murders Kaali Prasad in a conspiracy and subsequently kills Vijay Krishna too. Shiva Krishna, a college student and younger brother of Vijay Krishna enters the scene and tries to take revenge on Shankar.
Gowtam (Nara Rohit) is an orphan who works as a software engineer. Since he is an orphan, it's been his dream to get married to a girl from a joint family. He falls in love with a medical student Vaishnavi (Nisha Agarwal) and comes to know that she has a big family. She is extremely attached to her doting father (Prakash Raj). But he has bad experiences with his sister's marriage, hence wants to marry off his daughter only to a boy from any big joint family. The rest of the story is all about what happens when he comes to know that his daughter is in love with a solo (no family) guy.
Nine members apply for a job by seeing an advertisement. Management says that only one person will be selected out of through a psychological test. As per the test they will be given question paper and they should find the answer to it in ninety minutes. There will be certain rules and regulations to write the test and people who fail to follow them will get eliminated. Invigilator (Jagapathi Babu) hands them over question papers and explains the procedure. However, the contestants realize that there is no question in the papers that is handed over to them. They have to find the question and give the answer to it too.

Now terrorists are after Meenakshi for that DVD and she will be accompanied by Gowtham, who comes to rescue her. Meenakshi and Gowtham have to run away from the terrorists and also stop the planned terror attack. How do they succeed in doing so forms the rest of the story.

Viswas meets Rhea(Kajal) who is an only daughter of wealthy business tycoon (Mukesh Rishi) who is concerned about money and growth but not about affection and love. While Viswas is trying to get attention of Rhea he will accidentally get into a quarrel with a gang who does business with human trafficking. He fights and frees some girls who were kidnapped and this gang is owned by Rahul dev who tries to find Viswas and end him up. The gang's owner soon finds out that Viswas's brother works for him and he tries to chase him down but Viswas beats everybody up. He soon realizes that he has to save Rhea from her soon-to-be husband. Rhea's fiance tries to kill her by locking her in a car and throwing the car into an ocean. But Viswas saves Rhea. The film ends with Viswas bringing Rhea out of the ocean in a blanket and the two are talking.
Badrinath (Allu Arjun) is groomed by Guru Bhishma Narayan (Prakash Raj) to protect the Badrinath temple, where Maha Vishnu is the presiding deity. Sri Krishna (Allari Naresh) is the son of a big businessman and multimillionaire, GK (Sayaji Shinde). His father is so rich that he hates even the smell of the poor, and despises anyone who talks about giving money as alms. Sri Krishna's family too, doesn't mind the opulence they have. Coming from this family, he falls in love with a Satya (Poorna), who thinks the rich become richer by exploiting the poor. In order to make Satya fall for him, Krishna starts acting as a poor chap, with a poor family. He buys his way out to show Satya that he helps the poor, and unintentionally becomes their savior of sorts. When Satya accepts his love, he recruits his family to help him convince her completely. So the rich father becomes a banana seller, rich mother becomes a bajji seller etc. However, it turns out that Satya is the daughter of Nagineedu (Nagineedu) a factionist from Kurnool who has a rivalry with another faction leader Venkatappa(Jaya Prakash Reddy). She urges her father to share his riches with his followers, an idea which his father doesn't take. But on knowing that she wants to get married to a poor boy, he doesn't mind it. In order to get them married the Krishna asks her father to act as a Head Master. Both families in their disguises respectively meet and arrange the marriage of Krishna and Satya. Faction leader Venkatappa attacks the family of GK to kill Nagineedu. Knowing the truth about Nagineedu, GK is angered and cancels the marriage. Krishna uses his brain to try and help resolve issues between Venkatappa and Nagineedu and also convince his father GK for the marriage. At the End, the two factionist understand the value of life and they stop fighting. Both GK and Nagineedu once again agress upon Krishna's marriage.

The film features music by Devi Sri Prasad and was released on May 6, 2011. The film was dubbed and released in Malayalam with the same title and Tamil as Nooru Sadhaveedham Kaadhal / 100% Kaadhal. It was declared a Blockbuster in both languages and is said to be the best film of Naga Chaitanya after Ye Maaya Chesave and for Sukumar after Arya, completing 50 days in 65 centres[4] and 100 days on August 13, 2011.

bhimanyu aka Abhi (Rana) is a professional killer who falls in love with Meenakshi (Ileana) in the first sight. She has a strange habit of shooting live suicides and uploads them on Youtube. Cops are in search of her and at one point Abhi wants to commit suicide and calls Meenakshi. After attempting to kill himself Abhi comes to know that the girl who is shooting his suicide video is none other than the one he is madly in love with. He survives and asks Meenakshi to accept his love. Then he comes to know that she is going to commit suicide in fifteen days. What happens next in between this odd couple forms rest of the story
The Devaraya Vamsam has been holding the key to the safety of Maha Shakti Peethams in India. An evil man (Sonu Sood) from Egyot tries to conquer Shakti Peetams and gets killed. His vengeful wife (Pooja Bedi) raises her kids with the single mission of taking the revenge and takeover Shakti Peetams. Maha Devaraya (Prabhu) is the union home minister and his daughter is Aishwarya (Ileana). Maha Devaraya house-arrests Aishwarya as there is a threat from the Egyptians. Aishwarya goes away with her friends to Rajasthan without the knowledge of her parents. She meets Shakti (NTR) who works as a tour guide for her in Rajasthan and Jammu & Kashmir. Gowtam (Nani) works as a reporter for a television channel. He is nursing a heart break after his girlfriend (Kriti Karbandha) dumped him for another guy. He attends the wedding of his girlfriend where he meets the another girl Nitya (Nitya Menon) dumped by the groom (her boy friend). They hit off well and become instant friends. Nitya stays in Bangalore and Gowtam stays in Hyderabad. They keep bumping in to each other over a period of years. Though both these people like each other, the fate intervenes to separate them at crucial moments. The rest of the story is all about how this couple finally realises that they are made for each other .
ishi (Ravi Teja) is an inspector in the Intelligence Bureau. His colleagues fondly call him 'Mirapakaay'. The chief of the IB, Narayana Murthy (Nagababu) gets information that Kittu Bhai (Prakash Raj), a mafia don, is trying to spread his tentacles in India and is targeting Delhi first. During the course of the investigation, ACP (Sanjay Swaroop) is killed by Shankar (Kota Srinivasa Rao), a local goon with the help of his son (Supreet).
Murthy sends Rishi to Hyderabad and gets him admitted to a college as a History lecturer as part of an undercover operation. Rishi meets Vinamra (Richa Gangopadhyay) at a temple & falls in love at first sight. Incidentally, she studies in the same college and in the same class to which Rishi teaches History. Their love blossoms. At this juncture, Vaishali (Deeksha Seth), daughter of Kittu Bhai, joins the same college. Grabbing the opportunity, the IB chief asks Rishi to extract information about Kittu from Vaishali. Rishi manages to make Vaishali fall for him and using her, He reaches Kittu after killing Shankar and his son. He finally arrests Kittu and his Gang and completes an interrogation with Vaishali. The film ends with Rishi convincing an angry Vinamra to marry him. And then Rishi fights Kittu Bhai
