The film follows Mallika (Charmy Kaur) an intelligent and independent young woman that works as a call girl but refuses to take just any man that comes along. When poet Lalith (Rahul) and Mallika have a chance meeting, the two connect instantly. Swathi (Saranya Nag) is a singer that gained her popularity after appearing on a television talent show, but ends up getting drawn into a love triangle between Mallika and Lalith.
The hero (Prince), who is in search of virgin girl, gets attracted by an aggressive and hard-to-get girl (Manasa). After they become close, he falls in love with her. But he dumps her for another girl (Dimple Chopde). How the first girl take the revenge and what kind of problems she causes for the hero will form the rest of the story.

Sanju (Allu Arjun) is a guitarist who operates a band in Barcelona. Komali (Amala Paul) goes to Barcelona to learn more about violin in an university. Akanksha (Catherina Tresa) is the daughter of a central minister. She comes to Barcelona for studies. Akanksha gets hold of a diary in which she reads the love story between Sanju and Komali. In the process, she gets interested in Sanju and falls in love with him as he seems to be single. The rest of the story is all about what happened to Komali.
Rajaram (Venkatesh) is the son of Raghuram (Naga Babu). Raghuram is Associate in Nursing, as investigatory journalist in a United Nations agency. He infiltrates the criminal organization of Nana Bhai (Aditya Pancholi) and earns his trust. He gathers proof against the activities of Nana and hands them over to newspaper publisher CP - Chaitanya Prasad (Sayaji Shinde). This is often discovered by Nana Bhai and he eliminates Raghuram in an exceedingly brutal manner. He additionally destroys Raghuram's family. Rajaram manages to flee from the Massacre and he vows to require revenge on Nana. With the assistance of Baba (Nassar), Rajaram grows up into a strong young man. At last he manages to reach Nana Bhai and destroys his henchman and him.
Karthik (Nitin) is a carefree guy who believes in "one should make their own decisions" funda. At his friend Pandu's (Ali) wedding reception, he sees Shruthi (Isha Talwar) and falls for her at first sight. He asks Pandu's wife to find out about Shruthi. After Pandu's wife gives Shruthi's number to Pandu and asks him to convey that to Karthik, a miscommunication between Karthik and Pandu leads to Karthik calling Shravani (Nithya Menen). Karthik mistakes Shravani for Shruthi and talks to her over the phone. Unbeknownst to him, Shravani knows who Karthik is and develops an interest towards him. A series of events clears Karthik's confusion and everything is revealed. Meanwhile Karthik helps his friend Madhu in gaining a girl's attention, who is none other than Shruthi. Shruthi falls for Madhu. A series of comedies lead to Madhu doubting Shruthi and their relationship is at stake. Meanwhile, Shravani plans to avenge the deception and pain that Karthik put her through. She gains employment as Karthik's boss and decides to put him through the same hardships. However, towards the end, Karthik wants to propose to his boss(Shravani) and Shravani is ready to reject his proposal to avenge her pain. Just before he proposes, Karthik realizes he is truly in love with his phone friend Shravani and runs to her house to plead her forgiveness. There he sees Shravani and both unite with a hug.

Rama Rao (Jr. NTR) is the son of Ranjan (Mukesh Rishi) who works as an assistant to Mafia Don Saadu Bhai (Kelly Dorji) is an IPS Aspirant. Baadshah discovers that Saadu Bhai is planning a series of bombings in India, Aadi is a culprit and goes to marry Janaki (Kajal Aggarwal), daughter of Hyderabad City Police Commissioner. So he approaches Janaki and falls in love with her as a part of his Operation Baadshah. He enters as Ramji a Wedding planner in Janaki's house to win heart of her father and also expose crimes of Aadi. He cleverly fools Padmanabha Simha (Brahmanandam) with "Dream Machine" concept and uses him to collect information about Saadu Bhai. Meanwhile Saadu kidnaps police officer (Sayaji Shinde) and threatens to kill him, Baadshah comes to the location in his police uniform revealing that he was an undercover cop and Kills Aadi, Saadu Bhai and Crazy Robert and at the end marries Janaki.
A small golden idol of Lord Ganesh is stolen from the secret chambers of Sri Padmanabhaswamy temple in Thiruvananthapuram. The market price of the idol is huge because of the antique value of the idol. Surya (Nikhil) is a sophisticated pickpocketer in Hyderabad and he a girl and a guy in his gang.
